Taxify driver are ******
On Saturday I requested a ride on bot Taxify firstly the driver went to the wrong house and refused to come back to pick us up at the location we had put on the app, He made us walk to the destination where he was parked. While jumping out the car my house keys fell out of my pocket and when I phone the driver to find out if he had seen it in his car he said yes and told me that he was going to bring my keys I waited two days while I reported the incidence on the app he came to my house this afternoon and refused to hand over my house key if I never pay him R100 for my key and reading the taxify support menu on the app nowhere does it say you have to pay for our loss items , we are allowed to call the driver and also if the driver find a lost item in his/her car they supposed to hand it in or to the nearest police station and when he came to drop my keys off he refused to give me my keys without payment driver name is Anele also known as Phumlani Meter Taxi . He was driving a white Toyota Etios number plate ND 487-310
