Taxify does not care for customers

Taxify really disappointed me. I left my phone in the taxi this past Sunday. I have been trying to contact them since Sunday. I have sent emails, twitter dms, used a friend's taxify app and no reply. There is no number online you can call. Its ********* of them to not even make the attempt to assist me.
