Taxify disappointment

I am very disappointed with the service of taxify, there have been a few occasions where the drivers have taken the wrong route and today when my boyfriend took a taxify, the driver took the wrong route. My boyfriend asked to get out which he did and the driver did not end the trip which charged him much more than he was meant to pay. I am very very angry at this situation.
