Taxify disappointment

Good morning I write this with GREAT disappointment. As a regular user of taxify on weekend and in the early hours of the morning, on the 2nd of June at 01:24 I requested a ride as usual and was asigned a driver by the name of Nkhululeko called him a few minutes later to ask how far he is, he answered and assured that his coming, waited for a while without him commicating back but I then called again, minutes later he approched but then didn't stop and I then called him again taking time to answer he stopped at a corner far from where I was, then he said I should come to where he is. I then asked him to make a U-turn Then hanged up, called again that's when it all went south, he then was rude after waiting for so long for him as I'm female and wanted to go home at that time. He then said how I won't benefit his money for the day then said I should request a needy driver. No plate HH2....GP, Cell no. 078241****
