Taxify complaint

For the past week i have tried to request trips and i have had more than 8 drivers cancelling my trips....finally i decided to call one driver and i asked why this is happening he confirmed that all card payments dont benefit them apparently it dose not pay them or they dont get the funds so they prefer cash payments. feather more they prefer not to take trips with the promo codes discounts....if this is true can the management of taxify rectify this matter because as customers it is putting us at an inconvenience.
