taxify complaint

Hi

I had added a new payment card on the app and had a R100 off with card purchases and my total cash payment was R27.00 as i was travelling from Gugulethu to bellvilled.

i had advised the driver "David C" of the promo code and he confirmed it was a card payment - however when when we reached the destination , he showed me on his app the payment will be R127 cash !!

this is unacceptable
