Taxify Bolt useless!!!

I requested Taxify this morning from my house to VA Glenvista and the driver (Toyota Etios HK92NY GP name is Michel)takes 30 min to arrived, I sent a message to the drive to findout what's going on and the driver decided that He will phone me and use f** words at me on the phone telling me that I should cancel the teip on my side if I see that the driver isnt moving. But the last time I canceled, Taxify charged me a fee for canceling. Some driver are really rude and if taxify will let this slide just like these other incidents that occured and reported on hellopeter then i will just use diff transportation.
