Taxify / Bolt trying to rip me off !

Taxify prices are a ripoff during higher demand times. Their prices jump 2.7-2.8 times. I literally requested a ride and checked the potential price 5 times in a few minutes and it went from “offpeak R107” to R265 then 2 mins later R291 then 2 mins later R342 then R365, then I checked 5 mins later again R265????? How do you justify that price change. I check on the map and there are 7 cars just stationary (not moving) but the demand is higher. They look pretty “busy” and “in demand” Ummmm not likely, as the app says but yet they are not moving and pickup time is 2 mins.... so I just wait another hour or two and then the price will come down? What a joke seriously!! I also referred friends to the app and got a R75 voucher but I looked and it’s gone - (this is maybe two weeks ago). I haven’t needed to use the service as I’ve been at home mostly. So in other words they force you to use the service in a certain time or your voucher gets removed! Really bad form #BrandFail I won’t be referring anybody to your app again, you can forget it.
