Taxify / Bolt Theft

I forgot a plastic of my groceries in a bolt/taxify on Monday. Upon calling the driver he was soo rude and told me there is nothing. when I asked him to check, he told me he knows his boot is empty and he is not a ***** and dropped the phone.

I have sent a message on the Bolt/taxify facebook account but no one has bothered to call me back. I never receive such treatment from uber. I need a response on the matter
