Taxify (BOLT) is not SAFE FOR US WOMAN!!!!!!!!

TAXIFY (BOLT) IS NOT SAFE! I was left stranded in the rain after midnight in an unsafe place after work when I requested and driver accepted my request and I walked towards the gate because he was close, he called and after he find out it was a local trip he cancelled n turned back. I tried calling him he dropped my calls and I was locked outsde the office park unsafe in the rain. I had to cancel for another trip wait about 5 min and no one to hlp me if something happened to me as a female at that time of night. I sent a complain to bolt about this and Ll they sent was a message saying this will be noted on the drivers account. I am not happy about this as an investigation was not even done my life could have been in danger and the driver only gets a small pat on the wrist. Next time someone could be ****ed this is wrong.taxixy is not safe!!!!!!
