Taxify (bolt) is a **** business that's poorly run and the owners won't ever help you!

I was ****med by a driver which was less than a block away from my apartment. the App updated that he had arrived but hadn't moved, he then proceeds to begin the trip and starts driving as if I'm in the car, running up a bill on my bank card. If this isn't ***** then i don't know what is.

You're unable to dispute or log a fault on the app because it says unknown error whenever you try. (even cancelling a trip on bolt is a mission of errors)

Guys it's actually funny how consistent at terrible service these guys are. Yet out of desperation we still continue to use them. To everyone using taxify it isn't worth it. They literally have the same rates as uber.
