TAXIFY (BOLT) APP P

Promotion code had been app**** for the movement of my kids from a location to Forest Hill City, the driver said that he was not aware of the promo code. I had to go to the kids where he had a serious attitude problem when I questioned the issue. The App now Taxify (Bolt) before the ride said the promotion was app**** and didn't seem to work when the destination was reached. This was a serious and frightening situation thinking of what the outcome could of been . Driver name is Ramoloti - Promo Code (V67V4) . One of the worst services that I have experienced. How can I trust that anyone would be safe with these services? If this should be a serious issue, How do you get help immediatly?
