Taxify Bolt!

I logged a complaint with Taxify last week regarding one of their drivers that bumped my car. I took note of the guys details and send it to taxify when I found out that the guy does not have insurance. The response I received from Taxify is that the car is not one if their cars and there's nothing they can do about it so the driver is still roaming around the streets and no one knows if I was the only victim or not. This really makes me question the safety of people using Taxify as the drivers can go against the policy of not having insurance and driving cars that are not registered with Taxify to make trips.
