Taxify billed me for nothing! I want my money!

I have not the App for more than a month now and when I re-download the App on Thursday taxify just decides to deduct R115 from my account. I WANT MY MONEY!!! I have sent an email and inbox on Facebook but no response until now! I will take this to the media too! Now I understand why people prefer uber than this stupid Taxify! Even the drivers are rude as If they doing us a favour yet we pay for the service!!!
