Taxify bad service

I would like to express my dissapointment in the Taxify complaints department.I sent an email to complain about a driver who refused to give me my change a month ago the matter was only addressed last week but i still haven't received my change.The lady who assisted me saw my order but instead of getting the driver to give me my change she gave me his number which i already have to call the driver myself and ask for my change.Till this day i have not received my change.
