Taxify aggressive and unprofessional drivers
I came from the doctor and after waiting for your driver I called him to find out where he is and proceeded to direct him even though the address on the request was clear.
He arrived ,already with an attitude, but I still came into the car and greeted him . We then proceded with the tril and when we got to the circle I noticed that the GOS was going the wrong way. I then said e should turn right as the GOS was going the wrong way. Knowing that at times the drivers complain about the app GPS being too slow.
When we got to a stop sign he stopped and just put his hands out ,signaling which way he should go next, I told him to go straight and asked why he was being so rude.
At this point he snapped and told me how he was being rude,i must tell him where to go cause i had already started. At this point he was yelling at me ! I told him not to yell at me cause I was just trying to help.
He stopped on the side of the road and told me to get out of his car. I told him I won't S that would mean I must pay twice. He got out of the car and continued to yell at me saying we as customers treat him like s%*t. I asked who he was referring to by you guys when he was the one who was being aggressive.
He told me to get out and said no. He told me to call taxify and I said no as I was not gonna use my airtime. He told me he doesn't work for taxify and that this was his car and I must get out.
After a while he got in the car and sped off. Eventually he asked where he should go and I directed him to my house. When I got there I told him I'd report him and I've taken a video to which he said he doesn't care.
While I opened the gate he stopped and started yelling insult at me outside my house.
I am on crutches at at this point I was certain he'd attack me physically as he had become so aggressive.
I am still shaking from anger and disappointed at the unprofessional qhavious after I'd try to calm this guy down. I disgusted at tha behavior and urge pu yiya to deal with the conduct of your drivers.
