Taxify a bunch of rogues!!!

Yesterday I requested a trip using Taxify aka Bolt. I just completed shopping and wanted to go home. I waited a few minutes for the drive but he didn't pitch up so I called him up started he was stopped by Metro Police and he would be arriving soon. The trip never happened however my money. When I went on the app to report the matter that the ride never took place and I wanted a refund. I received a message stating that the driver said I damaged his car. I would like to know how this is even possible since the ride never took place. The advisor who responded to me takes hours to respond comes back with generic replies. Despite having proof on the app that the trip never took place and there was a call between the driver and myself proving my innocence no one is doing anything and they are dragging their feet to give my money back. What a pathetic company!!! Absolutely disgusting!!! Second time this happened and nothing has been done!!!
