I’d like to complain about this horrible driver , I sent a request with a direct location then I called him asking where he it because his not canceling and I don’t see him , he started the trip before he even got to me then he canceled, I think he knew where I was but running his own errands then I called him again he found me then he said I canceled your trip but request again then I’ll be your driver , he was not apologetic about the incident but said it’s a system issue I must claim driver Simon polo vivo I’m his numbers ********** 324
