Taxify

I requested for a ride today to Cape town from Maitland i got a driver by the name of Henok ,registration number CF223379 ,i cancelled on him cause firstly because when i called him to find out where is he he dropped the phone on my ear while speaking,secondly he called back and didn't have a way to speak and was very rude ,thirdly he sent me a message that I'm very stupid.I want something to be done I'll take it with social media if i have too,i won't be treated like that.I have the screenshot of the message and call recordings
