taxify!!

Frankly i'm very disappointed in taxify and they structure , how do they not have a contact number for emergencies?

i recently left my wallet with money in it and all my bank cards, 3 days later the driver still refuses to return it even after offering to pay for the fuel , he switches off every time i call. This is very unprofessional. how are these drivers chosen? 2 weeks ago i reported a drunk taxify guy who might not have been the right driver and could not drive it took a whole week to get back to me.
