Taxify

I complained to taxify about a driver of theirs who forcefully took my money and threw me out of his car late at night and they said I should come report the matter to their offices. I went to their offices and spoke to Thabani Msomi who promised to refund me my money and take disciplinary action against the driver it's been months I haven't heard from taxify they don't have an office number we can contact as customers when we have complaints all they say is I must come to the office but they still don't help me I've spoken to a man named Didier a man named Marek and a woman named Anna and they all work for taxify I've sent close to 20 emails asking when they going to refund the money their driver took from me and I even told them that the driver knew I'm pregnant when he threw me out of his car after her forcefully took money from my handbag then Thabani Msomi promised to stop the driver and refund me my money and now he just ignores my complaint after one of their drivers mistreated me.
