I recently tried taxify, I was referred to the app by someone saying it was cheaper than uber.

I used taxify for a while, but I've had the most terrible experiences and most uncomfortable situations on my trips.

1. This trip was probably the worst experience yet, I was made extremely uncomfortable by the driver, in the beginning of the trip he started asking me questions, as to whether or not I drank, whether I did drugs, when I responded no to all he then asks me what I do to entertain myself do I have a lot of ***. Not only was this unprofessional but very intimidating. He proceeded to ask when he could visit me, because he knows where I stay now.

2. I jump in the car and the driver asks me whether or not the trip is cash or card, I told him it was card. He complains saying that he has no petrol, I offered to cancel the trip and request another taxify but he insisted it would be fine. my trip starts and he asks if we can go past his stop because he left his phone. I said okay because we had already left. Then during the trip we get caught in traffic making our way into sandton, he starts banging against the dashboard saying he hates sandton traffic. 5 minutes later he tells me that he does not have any data so I must cancel the trip and request another driver, this is when we are on the highway. The fact that his driver expected me to jump out of the car on the highway because he ran out of data and the trip was not taking was beyond me.

Ive jumped into cars with clothes scattered on the seats, dirty plates with food left on the floor, cars that smelt of **** and alcohol.

Ive experienced a lot with uber but not once have I experienced bad service and unprofessional drivers
