Taxify 0% service

I requested a trip in the morning. The driver never arrived and billed for the trip. Why on earth does Andani start a trip when i was not in the car. Thats totally unacceptable. I contacted taxify soon after the incident but no one bothered to contact me for a refund after their driver chose to take a trip with an invisible person. I am sooo disappointed.
