Stop using bolt taxi services

On Monday the 26 of June i used Bolt as they were cheaper than Uber ....they double charged me ...for more than a week i tried to get back my money ...26 emails daily a different person contact me back ...i think it is a **** computer generated person ...i explained it over and over again no one can be so stupid ....2 days ago i heard it happen to someone else ...people be scared.of bolt they **** and ***** ...i think a lot of people dont even fight ...they take everyone as a stupid person ...i hope this reaches the right people that will close them down
