I requested a taxify last week Friday. My phone was dead so the driver offered to charge my phone. As the trip ended I assumed I had all my items with me only to find out later my phone was left behind. I contacted the driver the next day he agreed to drop the phone off but never did. It has been 5 days since the incident & I STILL have not received my phone. I called him and let him know if my phone is not returned today I will go to the local police station and report this matter. When you request a Taxify you assume its a safe organization with professional drivers not low life *******. Taxify has still not responded to my emails sent 2 days ago! I will never use the app or ever promote taxify to anyone going forward!
