****** money by driver

I made use of the services for a round trip on the 01/09/2019. At the end of the trip the female driver informed me I had selected to pay cash, I duly paid. Imagine my surprise when the money was deducted from my account 5 minutes later. I contacted her and received empty promises to repay the money. I have e-mailed head office and received a reply that the was being investigated on the 03/09/19. Needless to say no further contact has been made.
