These operdition is run by people who are either grossly negligent, ********** or *********** got charged mutilple times on my card for a journey I had already paid cash for and got even charged for a journey I did not even make ! Complaint procedure virtually non existent - virtually no customer service. There is no one to turn to for redress. Eastern Europeans coming to Africa to fleece people in a relatively unsophisticated market. It is no wonder they have not been allowed to operate in England.
