Stay Away from Taxify and their drivers.

I had an accident with a Taxify Vehicle registration number DY96JL GP owned by a Thembelani Nyembezi ***) and his wife however, driven by Sindiso Ngwenya ***) on the 3rd of November 2019 in Kensington, Johannesburg. The driver of the Taxify vehicle accepted full responsibility for the accident which was reported to the SAPS in Cleveland on the same day.

Now all of the above parties (Thembelani Nyembezi, SA Underwriters and Arrangies Attorneys) are refusing to have my vehicle repaired as they are disputing the facts of the accident. The owner of the vehicle refused to report the accident to the SAPS as they were meant to and, also refused to have their vehicle taken to a reputable repair center as this would then all be on record.

My recommendation is not to use Taxify at all but if you do use them in Joburg... keep away from a white Toyota Corolla registration DY 96 JL GP
