Son got injured because of bolt driver

I requested from the mall. Then I got in the car whilst I was still moving so that my 4 years old son can get in the driver drove away my son ran after the car crying then I shouted the driver that he left my son he stopped when my son was getting in he drove away again my son's leg got injured I did send a report on the bolt app instead they sent back a message that says they are sorry they will give me 10% off my next ride... What about my son who got injured?
