Slow service

I requested a Taxify in Cape Town, app indicated 10 mins until driver arrives. 10 mins later it still indicates 10 mins until driver arrives. I then call the driver who says traffic is bad. 5 mins later he cancels the trip. I then request a new ride. Estimated arrival is 11 mins. I cancel as at this point I'm already going to be late for work. How frustrating.

I tried an alternative and was sorted in no time.

I'm highly disappointed in the long waiting time; drivers shouldn't accept if they're far away.
