Shame on you Isaac!!!!!!
To whom it may concern This morning round about 3am i requested taxify (bolt) on behalf of a friend ( Neville), after numerous attempts we finally got a response from driver ( Isaac...TOYOTA ETIOS...CY172781), Isaac came and they're left, on their way to Bellville South, in Belhar Isaac drove against a curb and 2 tyres burst, luckily a police drove by and stopped to assist him, they escorted him to the nearest garage, Neville then also got out the car and helped Isaac with the burst tyres... they spended almost 2 hours trying to replace the tyres... during that time a 3 rd person (not known to them) came to assist as well, Isaac requested that Neville pay the 3 rd person R100 for his services and in return he'll ( Isaac) will deduct or refund him the difference from the total due after the ride is completed, Neville then paid the 3rd person the R100 as requested and they left the garage. However when the ride was completed Isaac demanded R250 from Neville as according to him that is what the total was due after the duration they were busy with replacing the tyres at the garage as well... Neville was completely surprised to learn that after all the time he wasted helping this driver, the favour he did by paying the 3 rd person Isaac would actually turn around and make a demand as such as the original price charged for the trip was between R83-R101. This was a complete *******! And besides the ******* Isaac was being completely ungrateful! I mean as a regular client this wasn't the first I've made use or even referred someone to use bolt or request on behalf of someone else, but it is the first time that a bolt driver has treated any of my people including myself in this manner, i have never been so disappointed and at the same time "****ed" at this kind of service from Bolt and behavior from any driver of any sort....THIS IS COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY UNACCEPTABLE! i will uninstall this bolt app and never make use of these people's services EVER! This is a disgrace to humankind... how can you treat your customers like dirt Isaac!
