****med via Card ***** by driver and Bolt

I had a driver **** me in December. I was charged R140 for a R50 ride. I put in a complaint with support and I received a R150 promo code. I used this voucher once, for a R26 ride, I attempt to use it again today and I was told its already been used. Once again I contact your support team and I spoke to an individual completely uninterested in assisting me with my problem. This voucher wasn't a gift, it was to placate me to make up for card ***** that one of your employees partook in, against me. I do not appreciate having to run around and through hoops to be able to use the money that was ****** from me. I know my legal rights and I'm well aware of my power to exercise them.
