I used Bolt on the 25 October 2019. I requested the ride to take me from Pretoria West to Sandton. I paid with my credit card and the driver decided to cancel the ride without my permission because he wanted me to pay cash. I was promised that since he had cancelled the ride I will be refunded my money back so I paid him the cash only to realise later that my money has not been refunded. I paid R447 from my credit card and The other R447 cash. When I tried to contact the driver he told me to wait and the next day he just became aggressive with me. The name of the Driver is MICHAEL and his number is ***. Michael has been very rude to me he did not even care to assist. All I want at this point is to be refunded my money bac****1
