Every time I use my card to pay for a trip I get charged an additional R3 MASTERCARD INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING FEE. I have used this service for over 3 years. No one told me about the additional charges. I want my money back. This service is a ****. You give discounts but cover it up by charging a bank fee. Pathetic service. Sort my account out before I report this business to the local newspaper.
