Rude taxify drivers is a thing

My taxify driver was so rude because he couldn't find my location, that when I called him his very first response was him accusing me of "*****ing him around'.. and then when I told him I would rather find another rider.. he rocked up hooting frantically at my friend and I.. he then rolled down his window shouting at us. We preceded to ignore him and I told him to leave us alone and when he continued I told him that he was useless , he then started saying rude things about my mother... worst experience I've ever had with taxify. And when I wanted to call taxify to lodge a complaint.. I couldn't because they only have a customer support Email ?

This is not the first time I've experienced a rude driver with taxify. . They should run checks on their drivers because this man behaved like an absolute psycho.
