Rude taxify drivers

There's nothing worse than a taxify driver that cannot follow GPS or instructions given .

Here I am stuck in rain and my husband request a ride for me... not only did he take his time to arrive but he passed me and when told to reverse he says we are wasting his time and just leaves.

Taxify this is not the first time I encounter rude drivers from your company! Teach respect to your drivers!
