RUDE TAXIFY DRIVER

I requested a ride from Taxify then the driver just texted saying Pfutsek,his name is Maanda and his car registration is a Kia Rio FC 80 SH GP. Talk about being rude and not respecting clients. It is a pity I am not able to upload the screenshot of the chat.
