Rude obnoxious Bolt driver

I booked my 1st ride at 18:30 today. The app showed one minute away I sent the driver msg he called says he will be with me shortly 15 min later I sent another to ask if his still coming He said yes angrily I asked him when because it's been 20 min and the app said 1 min He hung up while I was taking I cancelled him Tried a new trip He sends me a sms insulting mother I was not angry or raised my voice for him to act that way What if I took the trip and something happened to me? Is this the kind of drivers on this app? I won't use or recommend bolt ever again.
