Rude driver.

Hi there, I need to lay a complaint regarding Goodman, who gave my pregnant cousin a ride this morning to Webhelp 33 Princess of Wales, his registration number is FB80FPGP and it's a silver Polo Vivo. The pick up was from Tali's Place, 206 Albertina Sisulu Rd and dropoff time was at 10:00 am and ride was requested by Olo. This man was so rude towards my cousin and was swearing at her just because she didn't come with loose change to pay, he was so rude and started swearing at her calling her names and then when he dropped her he also got off the car and followed her to the building saying he's gonna beat her up, his words "msunu wakho, I hope you give birth to a crippled baby". He followed her to the building and was stopped by the securities. My cousin is 7 months pregnant to be traumatized by this grown ass man, especially when he started following her and threatening her. The ride wasn't pleasant at all and I would like this driver to be investigated and would appreciate feedback. Thank you.

I sent the above complaint on the 16th March on the taxify complaints portal via the app but still haven't gotten any response.
