Rude Driver

Hi I would like a refund on the trip I took on the 01 December 2017.

The driver accepted my ride over a 100meters before he picked me up.

upon his arrival, I asked him how the system worked and queried why he had accepted my trip when he was out of sight and no where near me.

Instead of Elias explaining to me nicely why he did that, He got agitated and shouted at me for questioning his doings. during this whole altercation, I was begging him to drive as I had an appointment and was going to be late. he did not move his car, but kept yelling at me as if I was his offspring.

He then kicked me out of his car and because the trip was by VISA. 20rand got deducted from my account.

I would like it back. I am a loyal Taxify user and I did not appreciate the Manner in which Elias treated me.
