Rude, & Careless Service

Hi All,

Yesterday I requested a TAxify (Bolt) ride on behalf of my mom & Sister from Baragwanath hospital to Mofolo Clinic, she had just been discharged and she couldn't walk to the taxi rank, thats why i requested a ride on their behalf.

Hlayisani (Toyota Corolla, FK47MR GP), was the driver who picked them up & dropped them, as soon as the ride was completed I received an invoice of R21.00, & when I asked my Mom & sis, they said they paid R80.00 Cash.

I then texted Hlayisani yesterday for an explanation, but he ignored my text. Early this morning I contacted him with a different number and he picked up with a very rude manner, telling me that his phone was off throughout the ride, so he used his discretion to charge them, he even insulted me telling me that I can report him however way that I want, I wont get anywhere.

Is this how they operate, with over 1 year that I have been using this app, I have never been insulted by an illiterate, unprofessional driver, who didn't even pay attention to my ,inquiry.

And why are all your numbers NOT reachable ? ***, +***2, +***2

I need this sorted ASAP...otherwise I'm taking it further. This might be a small mount to them, but I hate POOR service when I'm paying, even if it was a R1, it would still be worth good service!
