****** in a taxify car

Hi my husband requested a taxify earlier today, immediately the car arrived, he opened the door, sat in the passengers seat in front, not noticing that there are 2 guys sitting at the back, as the windows were dark tinted.

After he closed the door, the guy on the driver's seat locked the doors... one guy put a gun on his side whilst and held him tight on his neck and the searched him and took his money...

They demanded more money and he didn't have, they told him they need R50 000 before releasing him but he continously told them he doesn't have

After some time they told him to drop off the car....

We have sent messages on the taxify app since around 12 p.m. Today so they could assist with registration details of the vehicle and driver details asvwe suspect that the guys could use the car to rob other people and we were also concerned about the whereabouts of the driver.

Taxify is still quiet, they gave no emergency contact numbers or emails, only that app communication cwgoch us useless when one is in real danger as thery only respond when it's most convenient to them...
