Hi sorry about that. Yesterday I requested a ride from taxify. The driver dropped me off at my destination. When I received the receipt via email. The driver only stopped 10 minutes later from where he dropped me. I've sent messages to the app, Twitter and Facebook but they are not responding. I usually use taxify to drop me off here and I know exactly how much it is. Please help me out. I have the receipts on email for Saturday same pick up and drop off address that I requested for yesterday. I can send them for you to compare. Please help me out because they took R165 from my back account after they estimated the ride to be R80. The ride was only 15 minutes and not 25 minutes
