****** by a Taxify Driver

I got ****** by a Taxify driver yesterday. Due to a low battery a friend of mine requested a ride for me, before I could get to my destination my phone switched off and we couldn’t communicate.

The request was a card request and money was debited from the credit card however, the driver made me pay cash and insisted that it was a cash ride.

About 10-15 minutes later I spoke to my friend and they advised that the ride had already been paid for.. we tried calling the driver but he did not pick up.. we have been trying to get a hold of him since yesterday afternoon, he is still not picking up.
