Disappointing experience from driver.

1stly: Driver pitches up in a different car REGISTRATION details to what the request confirmed with his registered details on the app(isn't this *******???)

2ndly: Driver was asking us of the directions to go, missing turns to our destination which automatically increases the price to what was confirmed would be the maximum charge as per request. we ended up paying more because the driver didn't know where he was going(not sure if it was deliberate) which I believe is totally unprofessional(what if I was not even aware of how to get to the destination "new in town")

Lastly: Driver did not report that his car that is registered with the company is not working, hence he is using another car.

My take on this is that, the driver deliberately increased our cost to cover his dues (unprofessional and ******** manner to treat customer in such a way).

I urge that customers be careful when dealing with Bolt drivers. They are ******** us and also risking our lives. In a case of an accident what was going to happen?

It was unfortunately that we did end up using the driver anyway as we were mislead, but the company ad public should be aware of the latest tricks their drivers are using to make money out of people.
