I am very disappointed in the service I received from BOLT (Taxify)

Yesterday I requested a Bolt from Elsies River Taxi Rank to my home address 297 Snaresbrook Road, Epping Forest, 7490. My trip fee varied from R35 to R43. My card is linked to the app so all my payments gets billed to my card.

The Driver “Enias” driving a (Chevrolet Aveo, CA26874) dropped me off and drove off without ending the trip.

I then called the driver thrice to ask why is he not ending the trip but I was not successful of getting a hold of him. I then freezed my bank card so that I cannot be billed for that trip because the bill came up to R226!

When the payment wasn’t successful he called me to tell me it was a mistake!

I told him I’m not stupid! I know what he was trying but I acted to fast!

Something needs to be done to this driver !

Please advise me as what I need to do in this case because I now have a pending payment of R226! This is unacceptable!
