Ridiculous price and services

Taxify has really changed for the worst their prices are ridiculous traveling a distance or less than 5km and get charged R100 and still have to wait for 10 to 15 min for a driver yet it said the driver is 2min away.I am really not seeing the use of Taxify anymore.
