Ridiculous customer service

I forgot an item in one of their vehicles. The driver agreed that he’d help me get it back because he still had it. I tried to follow it up with their app support who has gotten back to me in 2 months. There’s no way of calling the office to follow the query and they don’t seem to care about their customers . Absolutely not recommended
