Rider Misconduct

on the 3rd of July 2019, between 18:25 and 19:28 i requested bolt from a driver by the name of Siyabonga Ndlozi of the number ***.

I used cash payment because i didnt want to my bank account. so after the trip ended, i payed to driver and he didnt have any change with him, so he said that he will bring back my change the following day.

ever since that day,, i have called the rider and contacted bolt/taxify and still nothing has been done to solve this matter.
