Review your system and drivers

i believe the services that the driver gives is just disappointing. i had to order a Taxify last Friday because the weather was bad and i couldn't run to the taxi stop. what would cost me normally R100 from Rivonia to Randburg (SA), cost me R200 that day. what I am more ****ed about is the fact that the driver knew that he was late and that i will be charged for time (of which i don't understand why?) and he didn't bother to notify me. he instead waited for me to contact him.

Taxify needs to do something with they services, re-evaluate the system. it simply is not fair for some of us to be charged for the drivers time. if you are coming to pick me up, start charging me when i get into the car, not when you are still on your way.
